Frå parkeringa; gå til høgre, under Rv7 og følg Myrovegen opp til første vegkryss. Ta vegen oppover til venstre for forsamlingshuset Solhov. Etter kvart kjem du inn på stigen som fører opp til Ål bygdamuseum. Det er nokså bratt og litt steinete, men ein fin og god stig. Frå museet går det ein liten rundtur med naturstig, som er fin å kombinere med turen på museet. Postkassa står ved ein steinbenk inne på museet, på vegen til husmannsplassen. Ta same vegen tilbake eller følg Øvre-Ålsvegen/fylkesveg 2934 ned til skuleområdet. Ta til høgre og gå forbi skulane, idrettshallen og inn på Myrovegen igjen. Følg denne tilbake til Topcamp Hallingdal.

From the parking lot walk to the right, through the tunnel under State Hwy 7/Rv7 and follow Myrovegen to the first crossroad. Follow the road to the left of the assembly hall Solhov and continue upwards. After a short walk you will enter the trail that will take you up to the outdoor museum, Ål bygdamuseum. The trail is somewhat hilly. From the museum you can take a little round trip in a small forest with various kins of crops. The mailbox with the guestbook is placed close to a stone bench near the homestead. Return the same way or follow Øvre-Ålsvegen/road, County Rd 2934, back to the school area. Turn right and walk past the schools, the indoor sports arena and on to Myrovegen and back to the parking lot at Topcamp Hallingdal.

På museet anbefaler vi å ta turen rundt og sjå på alle fine, gamle hus. Du kan fint ta turen utan guide for alle hus har informasjon, men kjem du ila sumarsesongen kan du vera med på guida tur om du ynskjer det.
