Austefjorden - Håkonsund

Start og slutt ved parkering på fergekaien. Gå ca 120m tilbake og ta første veg til høgre, inn i hyttefelt. Hald til venstre der vegen delar seg og følg grusa veg til du ser stistart. Stien er tydeleg. Nokre våte parti, men fleire kloppar på turen. Etter ca 300meter delar stien seg, følg skilt med raud pil til venstre. Følg raude merker vidare til du ser byggefelt. Her går du på asfalt ut av byggefelt ut på veg til høgre mot Håkonsund kai. Følg asfaltert veg til du kjem til eit kvitt hus med ein bom på høgre side. Gå inn langs huset og følg godt opptrakka sti tilbake til sti start. NB: her går ein gjennom privat tun. Vis omsyn! Ingen opphald i hagen.

Sotra Øygarden Turlag har laga Kystpasset som er eit turhefte med turar frå nord til sør i Øygarden kommune. Her finn du mange flotte turopplevingar og nye løyper for store og små, med ulik vanskelighetsgrad. Det er ein fantastisk moglegheit til å bli kjend med nye områder i kommunen.

Start and finish at the parking area by the ferry terminal. Walk approximately 120 meters back and take the first road to the right into the cabin area. Keep left where the road splits and follow the gravel path until you see the trailhead. The path is clearly marked. There are some wet sections, but several boardwalks along the route. After about 300 meters, the trail splits; follow the sign with the red arrow to the left. Continue following the red marks until you see a residential area. Here, you will walk on asphalt out of the residential area and onto the road to the right towards Håkonsund quay. Follow the paved road until you reach a white house with a barrier on the right side. Walk along the house and follow the well-trodden path back to the trailhead. Note: this area passes through private property. Please be respectful! No stopping in the garden.

Here, you will find many wonderful hiking experiences and new routes for both young and old, with varying levels of difficulty. It is a fantastic opportunity to get to know new areas in the municipality.
