Selfjordhytta

Midt blant Lofotens luftigste topper ligger Selfjordhytta. Med sin lette adkomst egner den seg ypperlig for familier. Hytta ligger lunt til på nordsiden av Stormarkpollen, innerst i Selfjorden, inne i et plantefelt av gran. Den er et fint utgangspunkt for både korte og lange turer, sommer som vinter.

Hytta har komfyr og innlagt strøm. Det er 5 sengeplasser i hovedhuset og 4 i annekset. Vann må hentes i brønnen.

Parkering sommer: Det er bare én parkeringsplass ved hytta. Bilen må settes godt utenfor veien slik at kjøretøy kan komme til eiendommer lengre inne. Dersom gjester har flere biler, må disse parkeres på parkeringsplassen ca. 300 meter før hytta.

• Hytta har egen nøkkel. Standard DNT-nøkkel kan ikke brukes.
• Vanlig standard DNT-praksis med at de besøkende skal rydde og vaske etter seg.
• Forlat hytta i en slik stand at det er hyggelig å komme for de neste besøkende.
• Det må medbringes sovepose eller lakenpose.
• Hunder er ikke tillatt på Selfjordhyttene.
• Det er ikke åpent for dagsturbesøk eller drop-in.
• Minst én i den besøkende gruppa må være medlem i DNT for å få reservert plass.

Booking: Det er digital booking og betaling for Selfjordhytta via DNT’s hyttebooking. Vi tar ikke imot bookinger på telefon eller e-post. Hytta har nøkkelboks med kode. Koden blir tilsendt på e-post etter at betalingen for besøket er gjennomført.

Amidst Lofoten's most airy peaks lies Selfjordhytta. With its easy access, it is ideal for families. The cabin is nestled on the north side of Stormarkpollen, at the innermost part of Selfjorden, within a plantation of spruce. It is a great starting point for both short and long trips, summer and winter.

The cabin has a stove and electricity. There are 5 beds in the main house and 4 in the annex. Water must be fetched from the well.

Summer parking: There is only one parking space at the cabin. The car must be parked well off the road so that vehicles can access properties further in. If guests have multiple cars, they must be parked at the parking lot approximately 300 meters before the cabin.

• The cabin has its own key. The standard DNT key cannot be used.
• Standard DNT practice applies, where visitors must clean and tidy up after themselves.
• Leave the cabin in a condition that is pleasant for the next visitors.
• A sleeping bag or sheet bag must be brought.
• Dogs are not allowed at Selfjordhyttene.
• It is not open for day visits or drop-ins.
• At least one person in the visiting group must be a DNT member to reserve a place.

Booking: There is digital booking and payment for Selfjordhytta via DNT’s cabin booking. We do not accept bookings by phone or email. The cabin has a key box with a code. The code will be sent by e-mail after payment for the visit is completed.
